Pay-ins is where you record the details for each pay-in. Pay-ins may also be entered in by drivers via the First Cab mobile app.
From these screens, you can
- Record odometer and meter readings, tolls and quoted jobs. The software will automatically calculate the Takings.
- Automatically applies the pay-in arrangement for the driver to fuel, expenses, shift income/bailment, downtime and evaded fare.
- Calculates the net pay-in required and under/over amount
